We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and aspirational learning community at Leigh Academy Rainham, supporting our EHCP students. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work directly with students, providing tailored support to help them access learning, overcome barriers, and reach their full potential. Whether supporting in the classroom, working with small groups, or delivering interventions, your role will be vital in fostering a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 1 year, working 35 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset with an actual salary of £20,451 - £21,855 per annum (£25,136 - £26,861 full time equivalent), based on experience. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.00pm (Mon-Fri) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
