Leigh Academy Wilmington has an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2026. If you are seeking to join a highly successful academy and wish to provide high quality teaching support to our students, this is the perfect role for you!

- Adaptable, personable and committed to providing an excellent service on behalf of the school and wider Trust
- Positive work ethic and can-do attitude
- Experience of working with young people with SEMH/SLCN and delivering small group interventions is desirable
This is a permanent opportunity, offering an actual salary of £21,646 per annum (£25,166 full-time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week of inset. The start and finish times are 8:00am - 3:30pm on Mondays and 8:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday - Friday.
