Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Student Services Manager to join us in September. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills while managing a variety of tasks, be very personable and approachable, and have the ability to build good working relationships with students.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a range of tasks and daily contact with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Work in a busy and fast‑paced environment as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Qualifications

  • Previous pastoral experience.
  • Background in positive behaviour management.
  • Experience in using restorative justice practice.
  • Understanding of external agencies and the local authority fair access panel.
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with disadvantaged pupils.

Terms of Employment

  • Permanent position.
  • Annual salary ranging from £25,069 per annum (£29,146 full‑time equivalent) based on experience.
  • 37 hours per week, term time plus one week of inset.
  • Monday to Thursday 8am‑4pm; Fridays 8am‑3:30pm.
