Are you passionate about creating positive learning environments and empowering students to thrive? Leigh Academy Minster is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Inclusion Room and Alternative Provision Officer to join our team!

This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on student well-being and success. You\’ll be instrumental in supporting students within our internal support rooms, ensuring a calm and productive space, while also overseeing all aspects of our Alternative Provision to ensure the best possible outcomes for every young person.

You\’ll lead the supervision of students in our internal support rooms, fostering an environment where they can reflect, reset, and continue their learning effectively. Crucially, you will also manage and quality-assure all aspects of our Alternative Provision placements, from administration and admissions to monitoring progress and ensuring safeguarding. This dual focus ensures seamless support for students both within and beyond the academy walls.
