Working closely with the Director of Learning, your mission will be to ensure our lessons are seamless, safe, and truly inspiring:
- Prep Master: You will be the technical wizard, preparing all necessary materials and equipment before lessons so our teaching staff can focus on delivery.
- Workshop Guardian: Take full ownership of our state-of-the-art workshop and machinery, overseeing cleaning, essential maintenance, and ensuring every piece of equipment is in peak working order.
- Safety Champion: Maintain impeccable standards by keeping Health and Safety procedures current, conducting all relevant risk assessments, and ensuring a safe learning environment for everyone.
- The Go-To Expert: Manage crucial stock inventories, provide hands-on support to students during exciting practical lessons, and deliver dynamic, small-group demonstrations on the safe use of specialist equipment.
