- Help build our employer brand by creating engaging job adverts, social media content and role specific tiles that the Trust and individual academies can both use.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collate panel documentation, support shortlisting, and keep our recruitment system (JobTrain) accurate and up to date.
- Support reference and background checks, and help us maintain safeguarding compliance (KCSIE) across every hire.
- Be a friendly, helpful voice for general enquiries into the team, and provide administrative support across a range of Talent and Development activities.
What we’re looking for
- Previous administrative experience.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
- A confident, friendly communicator, on the phone and in person.
- A tech-savvy approach, with good IT skills.
- A proactive, reliable team player.
