Leigh Academy Hugh Christie is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Services Manager to join our thriving team. This exciting role focuses on providing exceptional pastoral support to our Sixth Form students, ensuring they are not only academically successful but also emotionally supported as they navigate their final years of secondary education.
As a Student Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Year 12 and Year 13 students within our expanding Post-16 provision. You will be responsible for ensuring students receive the appropriate guidance and support to thrive both academically and personally. This will involve fostering positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and external agencies to create a nurturing environment where students can excel.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing student attendance and overall well-being, providing a holistic approach that helps students achieve their full potential. You'll be part of a passionate and supportive pastoral team, working closely with leadership to drive the success and welfare of our students.
