We are seeking a Senior Agile System Engineer to join our team in Farnborough, UK. This role requires a security clearance at SC or DV level and involves working in an agile environment to develop and support critical defense systems.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Work with customers and suppliers across the system lifecycle, with a focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Operate within an Agile team to elaborate detailed designs and ensure alignment with security architecture.
- Define system requirements, perform technical derivation analysis, and model functional requirements.
- Manage compliance assessments and oversee development of system designs and artefacts.
- Deliver milestone reviews and create architectural solutions using COTS and bespoke designs.
- Develop security and safety artefacts, conduct capacity analysis, and produce detailed engineering documentation.
Who Do We Need?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with architecture modelling tools (e.g., Sparx EA, MagicDraw, Cameo).
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and languages (e.g., TOGAF, SysML).
- Proven success in large-scale, mission-critical projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Deep understanding of system behavioural diagrams, interfaces, and functional modeling.
- Security expertise, including security documentation and accreditation processes.
Preferred Skills & Bonus Points
- ITIL certification, knowledge of air traffic management, or service management experience.
