The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

Responsible for the successful execution of code development for PLC(s) within our client base/organisation. Your job could entail periods of time away from the office/home during project implementation, standby and supporting the customer. As part of a global company, you may be required to work remotely both in the UK and worldwide. There will be a requirement to work some weekends as well as potential nights to support our customer projects which may entail aggressive deadlines during project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop PLC code from drawings or to a customer’s specification.
  • PLC Software development.
  • Onsite commissioning and I/O testing/setup.
  • Effective planning and achieving goals/objectives in the required time frame.
  • Monitor and work to project budget deadlines.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and writing skills including the ability to communicate at a detailed level with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing subcontract design resources to ensure quality of delivery.
  • Project management, Engineering, Installation Teams.
  • Continually build relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the successful completion of projects.
  • Always follow and promote Group and Company policies and procedures.
  • Fully understand and always adhere to the Company’s Equality Policy at all times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project.
  • Emulate 3D Aerospace Mechanical/material handling.
  • Driving Licence and Valid Passport.
