Leidos is seeking an entry level IT Support Engineer to join the Service Desk Team.

Based in a hybrid arrangement in Hendon with remote options, you will provide systems administration support to end users of biometric services.

The role starts with a 9:00–17:30 schedule and may move to shifts after training, covering incident, request and problem management.

You will monitor systems, document solutions, and escalate as required while delivering excellent service to internal and external
