Leidos is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Air Traffic Management programmes at Whiteley, Hampshire.

You will work on real-time, safety‑critical ATC software as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing across the full software lifecycle from requirements to delivery.

The role moves to a flexible hybrid model after training, with on-site presence 3 days per week initially.

Strong C++ experience and ability to work across Windows and Linux are essential.
