Are you ready for a rewarding career challenge? Leidos is seeking junior Security Specialists to work at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan or RAF Mildenhall in Suffolk, England. These roles support a major program aligned with Air Combat Command’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct support to SCI security programs: Personnel, Industrial, Physical, and Information as defined by the program manager.
- Conduct SCI indoctrination and debriefings in accordance with guidelines; manage related paperwork and maintain the personnel security database.
- Process Foreign Travel requests.
- Process both incoming and outgoing SCI visitation requests through Defense Information Systems for Security (DISS); update and distribute entry authority lists for SCIF access.
- Create SCIF access badges as needed and assist with annual inventory.
- Process qualified applicants via mil check for classified network access; track and schedule eligible candidates for counterintelligence polygraph testing as needed.
- Assist SCI Program Manager with Information Security related to violations, infractions, and CMIs adjudication; possess knowledge of security classification guides.
- Assist SCI Security Program Manager with maintaining SCIF accreditation standards and documentation; understand facility IDS systems, response, and recovery procedures.
- Conduct SCIF after-hour and entry/exit inspections with the security team.
- Assist with MICT and quarterly/annual SCIF inspections.
- Review and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Emergency Action Plans as directed by the SCI Security Program Manager.
- Provide full spectrum of customer support, including storage and transport of classified information and material.
- Maintain and expand training requirements as prescribed by DoW, CDSE, and local supervisory chain.
- Assist with unit quarterly/annual SCI training requirements.
What Sets You Apart (Required)
- Active DoW Top Secret/SCI with polygraph.
- Knowledge of DoW, IC and USAF security directives.
- High school diploma with 5 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with 3 years of experience, including 2 years of direct security experience (e.g., junior SSO, Security Assistant, or Facilities Manager).
