Leidos is seeking an Advanced Intelligence Analyst to join their team at Mildenhall in the UK. To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. The chosen candidate will spearhead the unit’s Advanced Intelligence ground analysis and reporting initiatives, with specific responsibilities focused on three primary areas:
- Data Analysis: Executing complex and advanced data analysis tasks.
- Mission Management: Overseeing mission operations, including collaboration with global internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining dataflow and formats, addressing software and hardware issues, coordinating aircraft capabilities and updates, and assisting aircrew in task execution.
- Advanced Training Development: Creating and delivering advanced training programs to clients, covering both analytical and aircraft-related duties.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Mentoring uniformed 1A8X2 and 1N2C personnel on target knowledge and associated analysis and reporting activities.
- Managing the SSD continuation training program while coordinating with unit and group training teams.
- Leading partnership efforts with advanced intelligence organizations and teams.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the squadron’s advanced analysis training plan, in collaboration with OGT.

What We Are Looking For:
- TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required from day one).
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years or Master's and 8+ years of experience as a 1A8X2 or 1N2C (or their equivalent in joint services).
- Comprehensive experience in designing and executing training plans.
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of Course 451 (Intermediate Analysis Course at Cory Station, FL).
- Completion of Course 452 (Advanced Analysis Course at Cory Station, FL).
- RC-135 operator experience.
