The Governance Facilitator role will be based at our office in Bristol and consist of providing support to the Associate Director of Integration and Strategy and ensuring that all governance tasks and duties are performed. This is a high-profile role which will provide exposure to the entire Logistics and Mission Support Leadership Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of the Governance Calendar and Mailbox to ensure schedules optimised
- Planning, arranging and coordinating weekly, monthly and quarterly Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
- Development and co-ordination and production of the material to support Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings providing appropriate editing to deliver a professional output
- Minuting, monitoring and escalating completion of actions from Leadership, Partner and Customer meetings
- Tracking and reporting key deliverables in accordance with the Governance Calendar identifying opportunities for further improvement/rationalisation
- Providing ad hoc support to the Managing Director and Leadership team (including associated teams)
- Lead governance projects/assignments, including driving continuous improvement projects across the Integration and Strategy processes and systems
- Conduct analysis of problem areas to identify solutions and new working practices
- Take a lead role in the delivery of Team building sessions
- Act as deputy to the Associate Director of Strategy & Integration on all governance matters
