Primary Care Manager (PCM) position supporting TRICARE beneficiaries at Lakenheath, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Follow MTF guidelines to make individual and batch PCM updates.
- Provide guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims to beneficiaries in person and over the phone.
- Offer basic claims status updates and support.
- Lead informational briefings for events such as in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
- Collect and record daily activities and OHI information into applicable systems.
- Assess level of assistance needed and refer or escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and proper handling of PHI, and complete required training.
- Support remote operations, train new team members, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
- U.S. citizenship.
- SOFA/Command-specified status as a dependent of an active-duty service member, DoD employee, or U.S. contractor supporting the DoD.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1).
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective presentation delivery.
- Ability to communicate tactfully in person and on the phone.
- Self-starter; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail; familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, DEERS, DOES, and MHS Genesis.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care.
- Experience in a medical or clinical environment.
- Experience with MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare systems and medical claims.
Compensation:
- Annual salary: $32,000.
- Location: Lakenheath, UK (eligible for an annual foreign service premium of $3,000).
