The Organised Force Behind the Frontline, Local Policing Unit Secretary
As a full-time LPU Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to all Superintendents and Inspectors. Your skills will be utilized in managing diary appointments, handling telephone calls, document filing, and more. A strong background in organisation will ensure you meet the demands of this role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving visitors, managing telephone enquiries, and arranging meetings.
- Attending meetings, taking comprehensive notes, and transcribing.
- Handling various matters in the absence of the Superintendents.
The Must Haves
- Hold a grade C/4 or equivalent in English Language.
- Experience with minute-taking, presentations, and detailed correspondence.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
