Lead vital safeguarding work that protects our communities. Join our Management of Sexual and Violent Offenders (MOSOVO) department as a MOSOVO Supervisor, where you’ll act as the primary point of contact for the Violent and Sexual Offender Register (ViSOR), ensuring it is accurately maintained and fully utilised. You’ll also lead the delivery of child safeguarding disclosure and assessment processes (CSODS and CHAPs) while overseeing and monitoring the effective management of supervised offenders within the community.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead on the management of ViSOR ensuring compliance with national standards.
- Ensure the management of register sex offenders from prison into the community is safely planned and risk‑managed.
- Represent Leicestershire’s MOSOVO department at local meetings and national conferences.
You must have:
- Previously managed a high caseload including preparing complex reports.
- Experience collaborating with partner agencies to develop relationships and achieve goals.
