Turn performance data into meaningful operational improvement. As a Senior Performance Analyst for the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), you’ll lead an efficient team in gathering and analysing performance data effectively, carrying out quality assurance and producing reports to support a range of requirements, driving continuous improvement and service delivery.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, you’ll support the delivery of an effective performance management framework and ensure reporting into systems is consistent and accurate. You’ll be overseeing the analytical products produced regarding data metrics, performance indicators and reports. Extracting and analysing data, using visualisation tools to present to senior management in support of decision making. Developing policies and procedures ensuring data is reported consistently contributing to effective analysis and performance reporting.

You must have strong leadership and management skills, including meeting strategic aims and objectives. Previously worked in an analytical environment, developing qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Ability to produce detailed performance reports for stakeholders at all levels.
