Shape and lead the Multi-Agency Offender Management Programme across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. As Offender Management Programme Manager you will play an important senior leadership role, reforming, designing and strengthening governance, performance and partnership delivery. You will have a direct impact on reducing reoffending, protecting the public, and driving innovation in how we manage high-harm individuals. This opportunity offers the chance to shape services, influence partnerships and make a lasting difference to community safety.
You will lead the coordination and delivery of the force-wide offender management programme, working closely with the Integrated Offender Management (IOM) Detective Inspector, neighbourhood command Inspectors and key partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using your strategic vision and grasp of operations to ensure services remain agile, effective and aligned to evolving demand
- Building and maintaining purposeful and effective strategic and operational partnerships
- Designing and maintaining an annual offender management training plan
The must haves
- Educated to degree level or have equivalent knowledge and understanding of offender management, desistance and reducing reoffending, prevention-focused partnership work and criminal justice processes
- Experience of successful programme/project management
- Experience of working in a Criminal Justice setting (or closely associated field)

This role is based at Mansfield House Police Station, with occasional travel. 5 years of residency in the UK at the time of application is required due to vetting checks. For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
