Deliver innovative and essential IT training to our Force. As our IT Trainer, you’ll help design, deliver, and maintain high-quality ICT training that supports officers, staff, and partner agencies across the Force. You’ll develop expert knowledge of a wide range of systems, create innovative blended learning content, and work closely with IT and project teams to ensure new technologies are introduced smoothly and effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing an understanding of several systems, taking responsibility for the design and delivery of ICT systems training.
  • Creating and maintaining learning content, incorporating different learning styles using the latest training methods.
  • Consult as a ‘user expert’ working with IT and Project Teams on the implementation of new operational IT systems.

The must haves:

  • Hold a Level 4 Learning and Development qualification with relevant work experience, and hold or be willing to obtain, the College of Policing Training Essentials Programme (TEP).
  • Understanding and skilled in IT Training design and delivery to a wide range of learners.
  • Proven record designing, delivering and evaluating management and leadership learning & development programmes.
