Responsibilities
- Proactively support the wider HR Team with change programmes
- Apply employment law, policies and procedures effectively influencing managers
- Advise and coach managers on policies, procedures, and people initiatives
Qualifications
- Generalist HR experience across varied and complex cases
- Proficient HR systems knowledge and data handling skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
