Provide essential administrative support to our investigating team! Join us as an Administration Team Leader ensuring an efficient and smooth-running administrative service to the wider investigation team. You’ll be responsible for administrative processes, enabling the team to focus on delivering a thorough, timely and effective service. You will manage and develop a team of staff, overseeing a specialist database and ensuring that case work is recorded, processed, and monitored to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring efficient recording and processing of complaints, misconduct, and corruption matters
  • Investigate, audit and interpret the statistics and performance data, identifying risks
  • Provide advice and guidance to officers and staff

The Must Haves

  • Experience in a management or senior administrative role
  • Knowledge and skilled at motivating a team, performance management, and resource planning
  • Able to manage and resolve demanding situations, both confrontational and sensitive
