Delivering hands on IT support through hardware deployment and fault resolution. Technology is ever evolving, and we are expanding our IT team to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and innovations. As our IT Technology Deployment Assistant, you’ll install, deploy and maintain hardware components, provide resolutions for faults and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking the implementation, management and support of IT hardware and software.
  • Assisting with the updates of operating systems.
  • Monitoring and detecting potential security threats and escalating as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience of deploying, supporting and managing hardware and software components.
  • Experience of investigating and managing known hardware and associated software incidents.
  • Able to provide a high-quality service to various stakeholders.
