Strengthen investigations through expert intelligence analysis. As an Intelligence Analyst for the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), play a vital role in shaping both strategic and tactical decision‑making by turning intelligence into meaningful insight. You’ll contribute to major cross-border investigations supporting cases from the early stages of intelligence development through the criminal justice process and present your findings in court as a professional witness.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively analysing intricate data and presenting findings within National Intelligence Model defined standards.
  • Supporting complex regional investigations through production of quality intelligence.
  • Compiling profiles on those engaged in criminal activity, identifying evidential links between offenders and offences both locally and regionally.

Must haves:

  • Recent experience as a Police Force, ROCU or Law Enforcement Agency Analyst.
  • Research and data interpretation experience from several sources and producing complex research reports or similar products.
  • Experience using analytical techniques to problem solving and present findings.
