Empower the safeguarding team and keep communities safe! As Deputy Safeguarding Partnership Manager, you will be supporting the daily operation of the Safeguarding Hub, leading the first-line management team to drive performance, as well as building and maintaining strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure an efficient safeguarding service.

Salary: £49,716 - £54,696

What you’ll be doing:

  • Looking at safeguarding demands and identifying and developing efficient ways to deliver a quality service
  • Supporting the strategic planning of safeguarding priorities and projects
  • Proactively managing and problem-solving repeat callers

The must haves:

  • 3 years of continuous residency in the UK at the time of application due to vetting requirements
  • To hold a degree or equivalent qualification and/or have experience of working at that level
  • To understand statutory safeguarding responsibilities for children and adults
  • Experience in partnership development and multi-agency collaboration
