As our Case Administrator, you’ll play a key role in preparing case files for multiple teams and managing both internal and external enquiries. You’ll also provide essential guidance on a variety of offences, with public enquiries handled via telephone.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing minor offences to ensure files are produced.
- Interacting with a range of stakeholders about sensitive matters and conflicts.
- Gathering additional information and referring complex files to a Case Builder.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using computer databases to accurately input and extract information.
- Experience working in a confidential and sensitive setting.
