These are exciting opportunities to work within a physical healthcare setting, supporting patients who require sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation. What You'll Do

Working alongside experienced registered nurses and multidisciplinary colleagues, you'll provide essential hands-on care and support to our patients, ensuring their dignity, comfort and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do.

Please note this is a 24-hour, 7-day service and the role includes a mixture of:

  • Long days: 7:00am to 7:30pm
  • Nights: 7:00pm to 7:30am
  • Weekend and bank holiday working

Important Information

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. The minimum contracted hours available are 34.5 hours per week. Please only apply if you can meet this requirement, as applications requiring sponsorship or fewer hours cannot be considered.

Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities)

  • Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
  • Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.
  • Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
  • Accurately recording patient information.
  • Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.

For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy).

For all jobs the cost of any DBS disclosure required will be met by the individual. This will be deducted from salary once started.
