We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly team on Ward 1 at St Luke's Hospital, Market Harborough a nurse-led ward specialising in stroke care and rehabilitation.
Working alongside nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, support patients in their recovery, and promote independence in a supportive and rewarding environment.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in Health and/or Social Care.
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility with rota shifts - This role covers a 24-hour, 7-day service and shifts are worked on a rota basis.

Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities)
- Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
- Supporting our patients in maintaining their health and well-being.
- Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
- Accurately recording patient information.
- Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
