Health Care Assistant – Mental Health Services for Older People

Join Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust in a rewarding role within our Mental Health Services for Older People wards. We are looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers to support patients over 65 with mental ill health, providing care to enable physical and mental recovery.

In this role you will support the nursing team, helping patients with activities of daily living and promoting mental health recovery. Excellent communication skills and a passion for caring for patients are essential.

Working Hours

  • Full time and part time positions available.
  • Minimum 23 hours per week.
  • Long day shifts of 12 hours, day and night covering a 7-day week.
