Community Psychiatric Nurse (North West Leicestershire) 3 Vacancies It is an exciting time for mental health services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our community mental health offer is undergoing a major transformation and we are searching for people with a range of skills and a passion to deliver great mental health services. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurse to apply for a Band 6 CPN post in the North West Leicestershire CMHT. The CMHT is part of the secondary care services, providing assessments and treatment packages for a range of service users aged 18-65 years, with complex mental health needs. The post holders will maintain a clinical caseload and will need to work effectively in the multidisciplinary team to provide high quality mental health assessments, treatment programs and manage risk. This work will involve patients and their carers in the delivery of evidence based interventions/treatments, recovery focused work. We are a dynamic, supportive team who value clinical supervision alongside psychology support for complex cases. You will visit people in their own homes and communities as well as running clinics at the team base. You will need to have experience of post-registration work, ideally with this client group.
