We are seeking an experienced Estates and Facilities Maintenance Technician with Plumbing experience to join our busy Estates department. This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st December 2026, with the potential to become permanent. This role will provide essential maintenance services across our whole estate of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
The successful candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills in line with a commercial property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking property maintenance tasks
- Managing inventory records
- Assisting in developing work specifications
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
The primary objective is to maintain premises in a condition that meets the high standards of the Service and supports the efficient delivery of services to the public.
