About the Role
An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the HR & People Hub in the Business Support Services Team within Adults & Communities as a Senior Administrative Assistant based at Bassett Street South Wigston. To support the Hub Manager in delivering the work of a specialist Hub, providing an efficient, effective, and comprehensive business support service across all of Adults & Communities. Have specialist technical knowledge in the work of the Hub they are assigned to and to hold in-depth knowledge of the work of the department and services that their allocated Hub supports.
About You

- Have a flexible approach and work under pressure against tight timescales
- Be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Be able to note take (turn conversation into concise points and accurately capture actions and decisions) in a variety of different meetings, including those with service users and partners present
- Remain calm and focused when under pressure
- Have the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in fluent English
