About the Role: As a Marketing Officer in ESPO’s Marketing team, you will promote our education offerings to schools and early years establishments nationwide. You will design and deliver digital campaigns, website content, events and traditional marketing activities that raise awareness of our product portfolio, loyalty programmes and brand. Your work will be collaborative, working closely with Marketing, Digital and Sales colleagues to produce engaging content and deliver measurable results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and report on marketing campaigns across online, offline, PR and events platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging copy, visuals and digital assets for external audiences.
  • Maintain and update website and content management systems such as Word Press or Magento.
  • Analyse campaign performance and impact to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organisational objectives.
