About The Role
First Contact Plus is a triage and signposting service for residents of Leicestershire, offering them referrals and signposting to support services around a range of issues. As an Integrated Lifestyle Advisor you will be communicating with customers through a range of different methods to ascertain their needs and support them appropriately. The range of support we offer includes Improving Health, Benefits, Debt and Managing Money, and Feeling Safe to name a few. An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
About You
- NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification or relevant experience
- Experience of liaising with customers using a variety of methods
- Experience of working in a customer‑facing role or environment
- Experience of accurately capturing, storing and retrieving information to meet organisational and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be competent in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Able to adapt to dealing with all kinds of customers in order to assist them adequately
