The role is to work as part of an integrated team to provide a range of home/centre‑based family support interventions that contribute to achieving an improvement in outcomes for children, young people, and families.
Requirements:
- Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB/NVQ3) or equivalent.
- Experience of working with parents and children.
- Understanding of social and environmental factors that have an effect on vulnerable children, young people and families.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, young people, parents, colleagues and other professionals.
- Ability to work with a range of professionals and engage in multidisciplinary work.
Other Requirements:
- DBS enhanced check for regulated activity is required.
