Responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical approvals of third-party highways and transportation schemes.

  • Preparing technical and non-technical reports.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders.

About You:

Apply if you have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and demonstrable experience in:

  • Senior level civil engineering project management and technical approvals of highway infrastructure works and associated legal agreements.
  • Collaborative work with customers and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
  • Preparation of technical and non-technical reports and providing advice based on guidance and standards such as DMRB, LHDG, Manual for Streets, LTN 1/20 etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and meet agreed targets.
