The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

The Project Support Officer position will support Project Managers and the Senior Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering various highway projects by handling day-to-day tasks such as developing project documentation, assisting in tracking project progress against timelines and budgets, assisting with risk management, project reporting and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification and/or demonstrable experience commensurate with the role.
  • Experience of working in an office environment including the use of MS Office programmes to produce reports and manage workload.
  • Experience of maintaining effective partnerships and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders which can include statutory, voluntary, private agencies and communities.
  • Experience of working to tight timescales and be a self-starter to manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • An ability to problem solve and identify new and efficient ways of working.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
