About The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys managing competing priorities. You'll take ownership of the administration of our successful 1:1 and small group teaching programme, working closely with the Instrumental Tuition Manager, schools, parents, teachers and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, maximise income and ensure accurate pupil and billing records. You'll also play a key role in helping to administer our instrument hire scheme, working closely with the Instrument and Resource Manager, helping to maintain accurate databases and coordinating instrument movements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision, is confident making decisions and solving problems, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. About You
- Recognised Academic Qualifications e.g. 'GCSE', 'A' Levels, Vocational Quals, Professional/Further Education Quals in relevant area
- Previous administrative experience, including working experience of databases & CRM systems
- Have experience of and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Strong attention to detail and good level of literacy and numeracy, sufficient to enable the production of high-quality written materials suitable for a variety of audiences and dealing with customer queries relating to payments
- Excellent customer care and organisation skills as well as the ability to produce accurate work to deadline
- Ability to prioritise workload, work under minimal supervision, problem solve and find creative solutions
- A flexible approach to working, including occasional out-of-hours, and an ability and willingness to travel to various locations in a cost-efficient way
