Leicestershire County Council is seeking an exceptional leader to head Education, SEND and Inclusion across the county. You will advise on policy developments and legislation, and shape strategy to improve outcomes for all learners.
You will oversee six Heads of Service, drive system-wide change, navigating financial constraints, and sustaining progress in a challenging environment while building strong relationships with schools and Trusts.
