You\’ll be responsible for validating and processing payments to SEN providers and schools, resolving financial queries, and maintaining accurate records across systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good IT skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality financial services that make a difference? We\’re looking for two detail-oriented and proactive Finance Support Assistants to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) finance team.
- Have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent GCSEs, or equivalent experience.
- Be confident working with financial systems and Microsoft Office products in a fast-paced environment.
- Be committed to delivering excellent customer service and have experience and skills to handle queries and correspondence efficiently and professionally by phone, email, or in writing.
- Have the skills and experience to gather information, interpret, analyse, and complete tasks timely and accurately.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and accurate data management.
- Be able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independently.
- Be proactive in identifying improvements and contributing to service development.
