You will be client-driven, understand the fundamentals of finance, be motivated to deliver change, and have strong customer service skills. IT skills are essential, particularly Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively in writing, face to face and by telephone, including being able to manage challenging conversations.

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification or equivalent level of relevant experience
  • The use of ICT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access

  • Ability to effectively resolve general queries by liaising with internal and external colleagues
  • Ability to handle general telephone queries efficiently and professionally
  • Planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good numerical skills and customer care

You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunities, and the ability to apply this to all situations. In addition, we also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the selection process.

We are keen to support employees to balance their working life with other commitments.
