Leicester Tigers is looking for a Fan Experience & Engagement Executive to deliver a memorable and welcoming experience for supporters on matchdays and during the week at Mattioli Woods Welford Road. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
The Role
Respond to enquiries, support fan engagement activities and help manage supporter communications and events for the men’s and women’s teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of fan-facing activations for all men’s and women’s home fixtures, including fan zones, in-match entertainment, mascots and Junior Tigers Club activities
- Manage casual matchday staff
- Manage the matchday activation budget and oversee external partners and suppliers
- Plan and deliver supporter engagement events and supporter feedback sessions
- Manage charity partners
- Benchmark other sporting and entertainment events to identify best practice for the supporter experience
- Work with internal departments and external partners to turn insight into improvements in fan satisfaction
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships across departments
- A collaborative, proactive and hands-on approach
- Commitment to the Leicester Tigers values
- Experience of event planning and on-the-ground delivery is desirable
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom

- Location: Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium, Leicester
- Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, including all men’s matchdays and most women’s home games (time back in lieu)
