Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Head at Leicester Therapeutic School, located in Leicester Forest East.
- The Deputy Head will support the daily management and leadership of the school, working closely with the Headteacher to develop and implement the school’s educational vision and ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
- Responsibilities include mentoring and supporting staff, overseeing curriculum planning, leading staff training, maintaining school policies, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students and faculty alike.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in school leadership, team management, and staff development.
