The Disability Inclusion Officer will work to deliver an annual development to grow and sustain Wheelchair, Learning Disability and Physical Disability Rugby League in the City Region.

Salary: £23,800

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Contract/Temporary (Initial One-Year Fixed Term)

This will include recruiting new and upskilling existing volunteers, building partnerships within the city to improve sustainability and seeking sources of income to support the financial sustainability of the programmes in the long term.

Initially a one-year fixed term contract, which will be reviewed against set targets and potentially extended on successfully securing future funding, this full-time role will ensure that the city of Sheffield capitalises on the upward trajectory of Rugby League in the city and the increased interest in the disability variants of the game to ensure that more people can access and enjoy Rugby League than ever before.
