We are seeking a reliable and well‑organised Finance Administrator to join our Trust finance team on a part‑time basis. The role is for 20 hours per week, working 34 weeks during term time plus an additional 4 weeks outside of term.
The post supports the day‑to‑day financial and administrative functions of the school, including income processing, basic credit control, record‑keeping, and responding to enquiries from parents and staff. There will also be some reception cover, providing a professional and welcoming front‑of‑house service when required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or finance‑related role, with good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence working with financial systems and data. A professional, approachable manner and the ability to manage tasks efficiently are essential.
