We are currently seeking to fill the position of Cover Supervisor at Leicester Grammar School.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged, supported, and focused on the work set.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, build positive relationships with students, and act as a reliable role model in the classroom.
• When not covering lessons, undertake additional duties by agreement with the Deputy Head to support the wider needs of the school.
