The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Would you like to see God’s generosity overflowing in church communities across Leicester and Leicestershire? We are seeking a focused proactive fundraiser with a deep understanding of church life to increase Parish Contribution income in the Diocese of Leicester.

If you have:

  • Understanding and belief in the importance of generous Christian giving in discipleship and church life
  • Enthusiasm to equip and resource lay and ordained people to confidently lead generous churches
  • Experience in helping communities see things in new ways and adopt new approaches

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will:

  • Protect and grow Parish Contributions from churches
  • Undertake targeted work to help Minster Communities fund their paid ministry
  • Engage with church leaders to promote the theology and culture of giving

In your role, you will act as a consultant to churches from a variety of contexts to help them develop a strong culture of generosity and build financial resilience.
