This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to bring fresh ideas to life. You will develop engaging well-being programmes, celebrate staff achievements, coordinate College-wide events and strengthen the ways colleagues have their voices heard. You will also turn survey results and employee feedback into meaningful action, helping us build a positive workplace culture and deliver our People and HR Strategy.
