Responsibilities
- Network and develop strong sustainable relationships with external agencies and employers to generate new opportunities.
- Match, record and review work experience, placements, and encounters for your designated caseload of students.
- Participate in the development and implementation of cross-college enterprise and work skills engagement activities and events.
- Support students in preparing and completing work experience applications and documentation.
Qualifications
- A Level 2 minimum qualification in English and maths; Level 3 (or higher) qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
- Proven track record for achieving targets and deadlines.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in different environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and use of SMART strategies.
