Working within our Human Resources team, you will:

  • Develop engaging staff well-being and recognition initiatives
  • Coordinate surveys, focus groups and opportunities for employee voice
  • Deliver College-wide events, campaigns and internal communications
  • Turn feedback and workforce data into meaningful improvements
  • Build strong relationships across the College and with external partners

We are looking for a creative and collaborative professional with experience in employee engagement, well-being, communications or organisational culture. You will bring excellent communication and project-planning skills, confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels, and the ability to translate insight into practical action.
